It is within your rights to sue ICBC for payment if they refuse to pay Part 7 Benefits you are entitled to. The lawsuit must commence within two years of the date of your accident, or within two years of the date of the last Part 7 payment made out to you by ICBC, whichever date is later. It is recommended that you contact a competent personal injury or ICBC lawyer if you wish to commence such a lawsuit.
